Our group along with our member companies sponsor external environmental protection and awareness programs as well implement internal policies to ensure our CSR goals are met. Change must start from within which is why all of our 5,000 employees embrace and support our efforts and further perpetuate the spirit within their own communities.

Three decades of experience has helped us to identify that human development, whether that be the people we serve or the talent we have recruited and built, is the most important key to success. Phu Thai has developed, contributed, and sponsored many programs and initiatives to support one of our core values of always taking a “human-centric” approach. In celebration of 30th anniversary, our group is investing in a new Phu Thai Business Academy which aims to create a training school, library and networking space for entrepreneurs. The Academy is a CSR project conducted by Phu Thai incollaboration with selected leading enterprises in Vietnam in an effort to improve Vietnamese enterprises’ competitiveness.
